If at any time you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use this Site. The Site is maintained by Wedding MBA, LLC. All references to “Services” in these Terms of Use refer to services, information, and products that may be provided by Wedding MBA, LLC via the Site, including the sale of admission tickets (“Tickets”) to the Wedding Merchant Business Academy Pro Convention (the “Convention”). Wedding MBA, LLC may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice to you. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SITE AND THE SERVICES YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT. YOU AGREE TO PROPERLY WEAR A FACE COVERING DURING THE ENTIRE TIME YOU ARE ATTENDING THE WEDDING MBA CONVENTION, EVEN IF YOU ARE FULLY VACCINATED. Wedding MBA, LLC produces the Convention for the purposes of providing educational, motivational, and entertaining seminars on topics related to running a wedding business. From time to time, Wedding MBA, LLC may require information in order to provide the Services. Wedding MBA, LLC works very hard to keep the information on the Site up-to-date. However, speakers, exhibitors, and other information regarding session seminars, break-outs, and trade shows, may change. Wedding MBA, LLC cannot guarantee that the information contained on the Site is current.

1. Privacy Policy. Non-Personal Information Collected. This web site uses Cookies to identify returning web site visitors. While the Cookie contains no personally identifying information, it does allow the web site administrator to gather web site usage statistics (pages visited, browsers used, e.g.), to help improve the site’s usefulness. Information Sharing. We may share information you provide on our website when it is necessary to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our website, users, or others. The information you submit, with the exception of credit card data, may be provided to exhibitors, web site advertisers and other affiliates. By submitting information to the site, you acknowledge that this information may be provided to these parties and give permission for these parties to contact you with information and special offers. Do not submit any information which you do not wish us to provide to these parties. If you wish disallow (Opt Out) information sharing, please email us at office@weddingmba.com.. The Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
2. Ownership. All content on the Site and distributed in furtherance of the Services, including information, documents, instructions, logos, graphics, videos, sounds, and images (the “Materials”) is owned either by Wedding MBA, LLC or by Wedding MBA, LLC’s respective third party owners. Except as otherwise provided herein, none of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, posted, displayed, or distributed in any way without the express written permission of Wedding MBA, LLC.
3. Tickets. Wedding MBA, LLC authorizes you to transfer the Tickets. You may also apply the Tickets to the following year’s Convention. For a digital event, after you log in the first time, your ticket may no longer be transferred or rolled over. The deadline for any rollover and transfers is 30 days before the event. Tickets are not rolled over automatically, holder must request a ticket rollover. NO REFUNDS SHALL BE PERMITTED.
4. Wedding MBA Certification. Wedding MBA, LLC authorizes you to view online the nine video seminars chosen at the sole discretion of Wedding MBA for a total of 90 consecutive days following your purchase. Prior to the end of 90 days, you must pass an online quiz to receive your Wedding MBA Certification. NO REFUNDS SHALL BE PERMITTED.
5. Forum and Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona. Any legal action arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the State Courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you hereby consent to such venue, and hereby waive any and all right to object to such jurisdiction or venue.
6. No Warranty. THE SITE AND TICKETS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. Wedding MBA, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION. You hereby agree that, in no event shall Wedding MBA, LLC be liable in any claim or action arising from the use of the Site or Materials, purchase of the Tickets, or attendance at the Convention, whether sounding in contract, warranty, tort, product liability, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory, for any amount in excess of the price actually paid by you to Wedding MBA, LLC. Wedding MBA LLC may change the convention dates, times, seminars, speakers, location, or any other aspects of the convention without prior notice, and shall in no way be liable for your hotel, transportation, or any other expenses as a result of convention changes. You agree to indemnify and hold Wedding MBA, LLC (and any of the Wedding MBA, LLC’s managers, officers, members, owners, or employees) harmless from and against any and all judgments, claims, causes of action, and costs, including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees incurred in defending the same, or in enforcing the provisions of this Section, including claims arising from the injury or death of any person, damage to property, theft, defamation, or emotional distress, or any violation by you of any Federal, State, or Local laws, statutes, rules, or regulations, even if Wedding MBA, LLC has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage, or in any other way arising out of or connected with the Services, to the fullest extent of the law.
8. Compliance with Intellectual Property Laws. Your use of the Site and the Services are at all times subject to laws regarding copyright, trademark and other intellectual property ownership. You agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit or otherwise distribute any information or content in violation of any third party’s copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
9. Copyrights. Unless otherwise noted, all Materials on the Site or in the Contract Templates are Copyright Wedding MBA, LLC. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
10. Acknowledgement. BY USING WEDDING MBA, LLC’S SERVICES OR ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF USE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
