    Anya Bridal

    Meredith Bullock

Meredith Bullock brings her 13 years of bridal experience, vision and powerhouse marketing expertise to the LAUNCH team, and we couldn't be more excited about it. Coming to Savvi Formalwear in 2006 after having run a family bridal boutique, Meredith was tasked with opening a warehouse-concept bridal store, Anya Bridal, inside a tuxedo distribution center. It was a difficult concept to take on -- selling gowns out of a warehouse with no air conditioning or heat, and only being open on the weekends. But with ingenuity, smart marketing, and a can-do attitude, Meredith doubled the business every year for the next 3 years. In 2013, Anya Bridal moved to it's own space, an 11,000 square foot store with 16 fitting rooms and 8 employees. And from 2013 to 2016, Meredith led Anya Bridal to a 700% increase, now with 24 fitting rooms, 45 staff members and over 1,500 bridal gowns in stock. Her experience in the past as an Executive Administrative Assistant for the GM at Golden State Foods working closely with the owners of McDonald's, gave Meredith a wealth of knowledge of business, customer service, branding, and marketing. And taking on the position of Marketing Director with Savvi Formalwear for 11 years, building Anya Bridal, then being promoted to Vice President of Bridal and Marketing there since 2013 to the present, has given Meredith has a truly deep and broad understanding of the entire industry. From tuxedos to team building to planning the layout of a huge space to buying for their huge inventory needs to creating all kinds of promotional material, ads, and online strategies -- she has done it all, and she is ready to share her secrets and insights with stores all over the world. Meredith has a heart for building strong relationships equally with designers and private lines, and has extensive experience with both. Because she began in a small family bridal boutique and wedding venue before she joined the team at Savvi, she has experienced first hand how to create marketing strategies for all sizes of boutiques. She has mastered the art of the bridal show, the secrets of email marketing, and has trained stores from beginners to advanced in how to build exponentially year over year. Her abilities to coach both brand new stores as they open, as well as stores that are needing a strategy to close, are proving unique and vital in the ever-changing climate of bridal. Meredith also excels at helping stores analyze their inventory, and coach them on their market buying strategies. Her information is always cutting edge, actionable, and relevant to any kind of boutique listening, and stores that have experienced her coaching find renewed life for their business. Meredith lives with the love of her life, her husband (and running/biking partner) Brad, and their three kids Cole, Jack, and Kate, just south of Atlanta.
